- 200g Belly Pork Per Person (each portion cut into 3 or 4 slices)
- 1-2L Cold Water
- 250ml Chicken Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Cloves Garlic or A Pinch of Powdered Clove
- 2 Bramley Apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 250ml Dry Cider
- Pinch of Powdered Ginger
- Pinch of Ground Allspice
- Pinch of Smoked Paprika
- Pinch of Dark Brown Sugar
- Salt and Pepper
In a deep pan cover pork with water and stock then add all dry ingredients except the apples
